Warranties:
A qualified electrical wireman or Master electrician with a valid registration with the Department of Labour must install all inverters and batteries. They must issue a valid electrical certificate of compliance (COC) specific to the installation of the backup or solar system upon installation, ensuring compliance with SANS 10142 and all its parts. Failure to provide installation photos, a valid COC, and proof of a qualified wireman/master electrician installing the unit may result in rejection of any warranty claim and render it null and void.
